Each fireplace has unique needs. Our goal with every fireplace is to return it to as near to new as possible, so the approach will be tailored to exactly what your fireplace requires.
Travis and Clint quickly identify and repair issues as experienced professionals in their craft. They also enjoy cleaning your fireplace to fully restore it to its former glory!
Fireplace Repair
and Inspection
If your fireplace isn’t turning on, a smell of "rotten eggs" or "gas odor" permeates the home, your methane or carbon monoxide detectors sound the alarm, or you can hear a hissing sound around your fireplace then your fireplace needs an inspection as soon as possible. These are potentially dangerous problems that need to be addressed.
Fireplace Cleaning
Gas lines can become clogged with debris such as local agriculture, spider webs, and dust from inside or outside the home. These cause your fireplace to struggle creating the normal flames you enjoy. Regular cleaning and maintenance can help prevent this issue, otherwise you may spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to replace parts.
Annual Maintenance
An annual maintenance service is an inspection that looks for any leaks or venting issues, checks the overall functionality of the fireplace, as well as a cleaning and tune up. Gas fireplaces will naturally be safer and last longer with regular maintenance, such as with a furnace, water heater, or dryer.
It’s professionally recommended that gas fireplaces be inspected annually, or semi annually at the very least. Returning customers receive $50 off annual maintenance service with us when their fireplace has been serviced within two years!

Ashlynn is the Headmaster of Scheduling at Heartland! They appreciate efficiency and empathy and bring both to their work.
Outside of office hours, you’ll find them relaxing and playing outdoors with their family, making art, reading and sharing Himalayan Hatha yoga.
